About Us

About RealIntimacy - Dating Built on Acceptance

We started RealIntimacy because dating apps had failed an entire generation of smaller guys and the partners who wanted to meet them. Today the platform is the warm, private home for 11,000+ verified members who chose chemistry over centimeters. This is the story of how we got here and what keeps us pointed forward.

Our mission

Our Mission and Why We Exist

RealIntimacy exists to make small penis dating feel ordinary - not whispered, not stigmatised, not a punchline. We are open to men, women, and transgender people of every sexual orientation, with a special welcome for partners with a penis below 5.5 inches (14 cm) and for the partners who actively prefer smaller. Our community is built around one quiet rule: size never becomes the conversation.

The mass apps were never going to fix this. Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge are optimised for volume, not for the specific kind of safety that smaller guys and their partners need. Our mission is structural: design a dating platform where the size question is already settled at the door, so members can spend their energy on chemistry, conversation, and connection - the things that actually decide whether a relationship works.

We measure success in moved-in-together stories, in "the size thing literally never came up" testimonials, and in the quiet confidence members carry back into the rest of their lives. Read real member stories to see what that looks like.

Our beginning

How RealIntimacy Started

The first version of RealIntimacy launched in late 2019 from a kitchen table in Brooklyn. Our co-founder Mara had spent two years interviewing men who had been ridiculed on mainstream apps and the women who quietly wished they could find smaller partners without judgment. The conversations kept returning to the same gap: there were dozens of dating sites, but none of them solved the size question at the structural level.

The original platform had 412 members in its first month. By 2022 we had crossed 5,000. In 2024 we rolled out AI moderation, anonymous billing, and one-click data delete - the features members had been asking for since day one. By May 2026 we serve more than 11,000 verified members with a 42% women-and-non-binary ratio, one of the healthiest in niche online dating.

What never changed is the founding principle: this is a community first and a product second. Every feature ships only if it makes the community warmer, safer, and more honest. If you want a sense of how that plays out in practice, see how the Small Penis Club tier works or browse our blog of member stories and expert guides.

What we stand for

The Values That Guide Every Decision

Six principles decide what we build, what we refuse to build, and how we moderate. They are not slogans on a wall - they are the actual filter for product choices.

Authenticity

Real people, verified profiles, no AI-generated dates posing as members. Every photo is checked, every account is human. You will never be catfished here.

Acceptance

Size is a non-issue on RealIntimacy. Members opt into a space where the topic is already settled, so first chats begin where most apps only end up after weeks.

Discretion

Anonymous usernames, neutral billing descriptor, photos excluded from Google indexing. Privacy is the default, not a premium upsell hidden behind a paywall.

Inclusivity

Open to men, women, transgender, and non-binary members of every orientation. Filters work in every direction. Nobody is a footnote in this community.

Body positivity

We celebrate bodies in every size and shape, with no medical jargon and no stigmatising language. Average is normal. Below average is normal. You are normal.

Zero judgment

AI moderation catches harassment before it lands. Members who weaponise size, identity, or orientation are removed quickly. Warmth is enforced, not hoped for.

Trusted by Therapists and Educators

We work with licensed sex therapists, somatic psychotherapists, and educators who guide our content, moderation standards, and community guidelines.

People are not looking for "perfect" anatomy. They are looking for a partner who is good at sex - communicative, unhurried, and attentive to what their partner actually needs. That is the skill set we should be celebrating, and that is what spaces like this one make visible.
